Applies To: All online payments made through eAcadmics for school services.
Parents/guardians may request cancellation of any paid service (e.g., admission, exam fee, transport, etc.) within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@eacadmics.com or via the school administration office.
Upon approval of the cancellation, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 working days from the approval date.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking).
No refund will be issued after the 7-day cancellation period.
Certain school-specific fees (e.g., registration fee, exam fee, or late payment charges) may be marked non-refundable and will be clearly indicated during the payment process.
Refunds will not be processed for services that have already been partially or fully availed.
If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge, please notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
