Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies To: All online payments made through eAcadmics for school services.


1. Cancellation Window

  • Parents/guardians may request cancellation of any paid service (e.g., admission, exam fee, transport, etc.) within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@eacadmics.com or via the school administration office.


2. Refund Process

  • Upon approval of the cancellation, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 working days from the approval date.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking).


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refund will be issued after the 7-day cancellation period.

  • Certain school-specific fees (e.g., registration fee, exam fee, or late payment charges) may be marked non-refundable and will be clearly indicated during the payment process.

  • Refunds will not be processed for services that have already been partially or fully availed.


4. Disputes or Issues

  • If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge, please notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
