Welcome to eSchool SaaS. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the eSchool SaaS platform, including the web application, mobile applications, and related services ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • "Platform" refers to eSchool SaaS and all associated applications and services.
  • "School" refers to any educational institution using the Platform.
  • "User" refers to administrators, teachers, staff members, students, parents, or guardians who access the Platform.
  • "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to eSchool SaaS.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Providing accurate information.
  • Ensuring that account access is not shared with unauthorized individuals.
  • Promptly reporting unauthorized access to the School or Platform administrator.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform may only be used for lawful educational and administrative purposes.

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
  • Misuse student, parent, teacher, or staff information.

5. Data Ownership

All student, parent, teacher, staff, attendance, examination, fee, and academic records entered into the Platform remain the property of the respective School.

eSchool SaaS acts only as a service provider and does not claim ownership of School data.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Schools are responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent before providing student information through the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, content, source code, and related materials belonging to eSchool SaaS are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer the software.
  • Modify or distribute proprietary content without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, email providers, cloud hosting services, or notification services.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSchool SaaS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data caused by user actions.
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the School for the Services during the preceding twelve months.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Illegal activities are detected.
  • The Platform is used in a manner that threatens system security.

Upon termination, access to the Platform may be restricted according to applicable agreements with the School.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be published within the Platform and become effective upon publication.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
